Half / Full Marathon Training

Join Team Running Lab for a FREE 16 week half / full marathon training group.

We offer a supportive training group that aims to get new and experienced runners & walkers ready to crush their distance or time goals! 

2025 Goal Races:

  • Glass City Marathon - April 27th
  • Detroit Free Press Marathon - Oct 19th

Team Running Lab will provide you with a detailed training plan, twice-weekly hosted group runs, weekly communication in a private Facebook group.
