Half / Full Marathon Training
Join Team Running Lab for a FREE 16 week half and full marathon training group. We are celebrating 10 years of bringing runners and walkers together and this season is shaping up to be our best yet. Our group is a community of people that show up for each other, and we are excited to help both new and experienced runners and walkers reach their distance or time goals.

Team Running Lab gives you a detailed training plan, two hosted group runs each week, and weekly communication in a private Facebook group to help you stay consistent and connected.
Training for Glass City begins January 5, 2026.
