FREE Shipping Over $75
All orders over $75 include FREE shipping. If you need an order shipped sooner, paid shipping options are available.
Tracking Orders
An email with tracking is sent automatically upon the creation of a shipping label. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 days of placing your order, please reach out to us for assistance. Sometimes these emails end up in a spam folder.

Missing Deliveries & Claims
If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx) but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Theft is NOT covered under our policy; however, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
At Running Lab, your satisfaction is our priority.
We have a 30 day new or used return & exchange policy, no questions asked.
Return or Exchange Process
In-Store Purchases: Just bring the product back in and we will get you credited back or exchanged!
Online Purchases: Customer can receive a full refund on any purchase within 30 days of receiving product. We will reimburse the order once it has been received back at the store. Click the button below to start an online return. A prepaid return label will be provided for you.

Timelines
Refunds: Issued to the original form of payment and may take several days to reflect in your account.
Exchanges: We ship exchanged items upon receipt of original purchase.
Packaging
If possible, return items in their original packaging. If unavailable, please use suitable shipping materials.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to limit or deny returns in cases of fraudulent behavior, excessive returns, or suspected resale purchases.
