Good Form Running (GFR) classes are free and run every other Thursday from 6:30pm - 7:45pm at Running Lab in Brighton. Learn new things about your running and discover how to improve your form! Please bring your current running shoes and wear something comfy to run in. If you wear baggy clothing, be ready to roll up your pant legs to show off those runner legs. Come ready to be involved, active and open to new ideas.
