LifeStretch is a functional movement class for all levels of flexibility and mobility. This class will help you learn ways to increase your endurance, increase breathing capacity and increase your flexibility! LifeStretch is based on the principles of Fascial Stretch Therapy, which include synchronizing breath and movement, using traction to create space in the joints, utilizing oscillation and circumduction to warm and lubricate the joints before stretching, and working in a completely pain-free range-of-motion.

Wear flexible clothing. Bring a yoga mat - but this is not a yoga class!

Register now, space is limited to 15 participants. 

The cost of this class is $10, paid the night of the event (cash/charge).

Yoga for Runners

Join Running Lab and Brighton Yoga Center for a free hour of yoga at the store! 

This class will help you increase flexibility, fitness & mental focus. These yoga sequences will include key poses for areas of the body that are most overused or prone to injury for runners. 

Come in comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Bring a yoga mat (or large towel), water and a friend.
